1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing and using System, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must cease use of this service immediately. 2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DATA LOSS To the fullest extent permitted by law, System and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of data, images, safety certificates, receipts, or any other content uploaded to our platform. We provide tools for administrative convenience and do not provide a guaranteed data backup service. YOU AGREE TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT COPIES of all your files and records for safe keeping. 3. PLATFORM ROLE & NO WARRANTY System acts solely as a technological facilitator for connecting users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, services, or properties listed. The service is provided 'AS IS' without any warranties, express or implied. 4. USER RESPONSIBILITY You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You agree to indemnify and hold System harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the platform or your breach of these terms. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All platform branding, code, and content are owned by System. User content remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and display it for platform operation.

1. PROFESSIONAL STATUS & CREDENTIALS Tradespeople warrant that they possess all required legal qualifications, licenses, and insurance to perform the services they list. You agree that System is not responsible for verifying or maintaining the validity of your professional credentials. 2. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP When a quote is accepted, a contract is formed EXCLUSIVELY between the Tradesperson and the Client. System is NOT a party to this contract. We are not liable for non-payment by clients, poor workmanship, or project delays. 3. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between you and System. You are solely responsible for your own equipment, taxes, and safety. 4. CONSUMER PROTECTION COMPLIANCE You must comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You acknowledge that failure to provide statutory cancellation rights to consumers may render your contracts unenforceable and result in your removal from System. 5. MTD & ACCOUNTING TOOLS Our financial tools are for administrative convenience only. We do not provide financial or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring all data submitted to HMRC via our platform is accurate. 6. ADVERTISING RATES Rates for ad campaigns, including cost-per-click and cost-per-view, are subject to change at our discretion. Current rates are always displayed on the 'Ad Pricing' page within your hub.

1. FACILITATOR ROLE & LIABILITY EXCLUSION System acts solely as a neutral facilitator to connect Landlords and Tenants. We are NOT a property management agency, estate agency, or law firm. We are not a party to any tenancy agreement. System accepts NO LIABILITY for rent arrears, property damage, evictions, or disputes between parties. 2. STATUTORY SAFETY OBLIGATIONS Landlords are solely liable for ensuring properties meet all legal safety standards (Gas, Electric, Fire, EPC). Any reminders provided by the platform are a courtesy and do not shift legal responsibility to System. 3. LEGAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER Templates, contracts, and digital signatures provided on this site are for convenience. They do not constitute legal advice. Users are strongly advised to seek independent legal counsel before signing any lease agreement. 4. DEPOSIT PROTECTION INDEMNITY Landlords are legally required to protect tenant deposits in an authorised scheme. System does not hold, manage, or protect deposits and is not liable for any failure to comply with deposit legislation. 5. RIGHT TO LET & ACCURACY Landlords warrant that they have the legal right to let properties listed. System does not verify ownership or the physical condition of properties. We are not responsible for misleading descriptions. 6. TENANT CONDUCT System is not liable for the behavior, conduct, or suitability of tenants found through the platform. Landlords are responsible for performing their own due diligence and reference checks.
